Frequently Asked Questions

Will fuel be available at the circuits?

Yes, Snetterton & Cadwell both have onsite fuel and the opening times will be told to you in the morning briefing.

Will there be tyre support?

Yes, all our days will have professional tyre & suspension support services, the details can be found on our partners page.

Will my bike be insured?

The likelihood is your motorcycle will not be insured for use on a track day circuit. In the majority of cases insurers do not include track day use in their policies. We recommend you check in advance with your insurance provider before committing to a track day, as we can't issue any refunds once booked for riders who later discover their motorcycle isn't insured. The majority of track day riders participate at their own risk, knowing their motorcycle won't be insured should an accident occur. Pro Vision Track Days cannot accept any responsibility for bikes damaged during the track day experience and participants will be required to sign a waiver to this effect in advance of taking to the circuit.

Will there be refreshments on site?

Yes, all of our circuits have on site food and drink facilities serving a variety of hot and cold snacks and beverages. We also provide all riders with free tea and coffee throughout the day.

This is my first track day, how will I know what to do?

Our track day experiences are designed for novice and intermediate riders specifically so the likelihood is you won't be the only first timer on the circuit. We'll guide you through what to expect plus if you need any advice throughout the day, or have any questions or concerns, our expert team are on hand to talk to.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

The track day will go ahead as planned except in case of extreme adverse weather conditions by which we mean heavy snow that's laying thick or severe gale force winds. In these rare circumstances we would rearrange the track day for an alternative date. Unfortunately no refunds can be issued on the grounds of bad weather. So unless your track day is postponed by Pro Vision Track Days it will take place come rain or shine.

Can I bring friends and family?

You can bring friends and family members to our track days but please be aware that children aged less than 16 years are not permitted in the pit lane. PLEASE NOTE NO UNDER 16s ARE PERMITTED AT BEDFORD CIRCUIT (EVEN AS SPECTATORS)

What happens if I crash?

In the unlikely event of an accident we have fully trained medical staff on site at each of our circuits. If you feel you're able to carry on and your bike is fit to ride, or can be repaired to a suitable standard, then you'll be allowed to re-join your group in the next session. However if your bike has been damaged to the extent it's no longer deemed safe then your track day experience will automatically terminate. In the interests of safety, we advise riding the circuits with caution and avoiding any dangerous manoeuvres or behaviour that will put yourself or others at risk.

What time should I arrive?

We ask you to arrive at the circuit for your track day at 7.30am. This allows time for riders to sign on, attend the mandatory safety briefing and have their bike noise tested with a view a starting the first group out on the circuit at around 9am.

What if I forget my motorcycle licence?

Then you won't be allowed to take part in the track day and we won't be able to issue you a refund. Proof of licence is a mandatory requirement for riders to take part in our track days. Failure to turn up with a valid licence will automatically forfeit your place and as we've already stated we cannot issue refunds if this occurs, no matter what the circumstances.

Is there a photographer?

Yes, the details of our photographer can be found on the partners page.
